She began her career as a leasing agent at the age of 19 and quickly rose to become a property manager at an 80-unit complex. Throughout her career, Molly has managed properties of various sizes, from a 324-unit complex in Reno to nine properties with a total of 627 doors in California.
Molly's expertise in property management extends beyond the day-to-day operations of running a complex. She is also a skilled invoicing manager, having processed up to 350 invoices per day. With her extensive experience in billing and rental collections, Molly is well-equipped to handle all financial aspects of property management, from paying vendors to monthly reconciliation of each property for the owners.
In addition to her financial acumen, Molly is committed to providing honest and transparent communication with property owners. She ensures that all taxes are paid throughout the year and provides detailed reports at the end of each month and year.
